Mount Airy presenting sneak peek of ‘Goat’ movie

Mount Airy Casino Resort announces a sneak peek showing of the movie “Goat,” which was partially filmed at Mount Airy Casino Resort and stars Armand Assante, Ice-T, Cathy Moriarity and William DeMeo. The sneak peek will be shown at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25 in Gypsies Nightclub with doors opening at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public and has a cover charge of $15.

The film takes a look at the struggle of a man who is torn between the need to honor his family and pursuing a life of crime which he craves. The main character — Bobby Baldano — is released from prison after serving several sentences. He must decide whether to make his family proud or destroy what generations of Baldanos have built before him. The movie is directed by Paul Borghese.
